Busy Week: Festive Prep, Riding with Coco & Antiques in Petworth (Plus Ehlers-Danlos Insights)

This week has been a busy one! From catering and festive prep to riding with Coco and exploring beautiful Petworth, there’s been plenty going on.

At home, it’s been a hive of activity. We’ve had builders, electricians, and carpenters coming and going as we make progress, including the kitchen tiles, which I’m so thrilled with. I’ve also been cooking festive recipes for my Ask Charlie Members Club, which is always a highlight—Christmas preparation is well underway, and I share a sneak peek of some styling ideas in the video.

I also talk about my experience with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, which has played a big part in shaping how I approach daily life. It’s something I’ve had to carefully manage, especially after a few significant accidents in the past. Despite that, I’ve worked hard to regain my strength and confidence so I can continue doing the things I love, like riding, in a way that feels safe and sustainable. I go into more detail about that journey in the vlog, as it’s been a big part of my week.

There have been some really lovely deliveries from brands I adore.
